Katie Sullivan teaches third and fourth grade at the Warren School in Warren, VT. She studied environmental education at Penn State University and worked as a teacher/naturalist before becoming a classroom teacher. Katie serves on the board of directors for the Friends of the Mad River and is a member of the Vermont Alliance for Half-Earth. She just completed the Mad River Master Naturalist Program. She received the EPA Environmental Educator award in 1999 and she is the 2007 Vermont Teacher of the Year.
