John Moton serves as the Technology Integrationist for Lamoille Union Middle and High Schools in Hyde Park, Vermont which includes grades 7-12 and approximately 750 students. He received an MAT in Music Education from Marshall University and his BA from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

In his day to day work, John spends his time assisting his fellow educators in finding ways to innovate instructional practices in using technology within the classroom alongside systems administration and compiling and offering training for various parts of our SIS and LMS.

All of this comes through the scope of being a music educator for the previous 9 years before coming into this position; finding practical, authentic, and applicable ways to use technology in the classroom or to improve or streamline daily processes in our schools.
