As the AASL President during the COVID Pandemic and a school librarian in South Carolina, Kathy Carroll will share information to help support Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion efforts in our learning communities. She will explore the necessity for EDI leadership within the profession and will share her experiences and available resources for promoting EDI in faculty collaborations, school library collections, and community partnerships.
