There has recently been a lot of talk about how to best engage students, especially while teaching online. This hands-on experiential learning (ExL) session will help you understand how to create student-centered, culturally relevant classes that connect students with their local, state, and/or global communities, both online or while they are physically in the classroom. Participants will receive a plethora of resources and a unit template they may make a copy of to start engaging their own students in ExL experiences that may actually change student lives forever!
